Springs, makeup consultant for JCPenney's at West Park Mall, was certified as a "Color and Image Consultant" in March 1990. She received the Color Me Beautiful "Bronze Certificate Award" two years in a row for outstanding achievement.
The Color Me Beautiful program provides individual color analysis, skin assessments and suggestions for a complete make over and wardrobe colors.
