BRIDGE CLUB SPONSORS OPEN PAIRS GAME

The Cape Duplicate Bridge Club held its regular Open Pairs game on April 23.

Winners were: (1) Norma and Ed Stoever; (2) Mary Riley and Alma York; and (3-tie) Everett Haskell and Norman McElreath, and Frankie Schott and John Whitehead.

Club games are open to all. The club meets in the Hirsch Room at the Cape Girardeau Public Library on the second and fourth Fridays of each month, and play starts promptly at 7 p.m. Although the games are sanctioned by the American Contract Bridge League, one need not be a member to play.

The next game will be held on May 14.
