Margie Reisenbichler and Patty La Forrest recently returned from Jefferson City where they were delegates to the Annual Conference of the Missouri Association for Family and Community Education, Inc.

The theme for the conference was "Creating Rich Lives" and workshops focused on the environment, global, family life and special projects.

Nearly 8,000 homemakers are part of the grassroots volunteer organization that is committed to strengthening families and individuals through continuing education, leadership development and community service. The FCE was formerly known as Missouri Extension Homemakers Association, Inc.
