Flamenco guitarist Ronald Radford will return to Cape Girardeau area schools Sept. 27-29 to do performances with a drug-free message, and will perform two public concerts Sept. 30.

Radford has played at Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center, and is a protege of Carlos Montoya. He is the only person ever to be awarded a Fulbright Scholarship in Flamenco.

He will play at nine schools, and on Sept. 30 at noon at the University Center Club and at 8 p.m. at Old St. Vincent's Church.

Tickets are $4 for adults, $2 for seniors and non-university students.

Radford's visit is sponsored by the Southeast Missouri Council on the Arts and Southeast Missouri State University's Cultural Programs.
