Patrick Steele, a professional preservationist who spoke at the March meeting about his work at the warehouse at 11-15 S. Spanish, will speak about a grant he is writing, "Cape Girardeau Preservation Focus."

The grant would establish a plan of action for historic preservation for the city. Using a slide presentation, Steele will show sites around Cape Girardeau that he envisions receiving restoration work.

Steele is a historic building specialist with a background in historic preservation on the local, state and national level.
