The board is slated to talk about the 51-cent tax increase that would have funded an $18 million building project, including a new middle school and addition to Jefferson Elementary School. Voters turned down the measure Tuesday by 343 votes.

Also on the agenda under study issues is a preliminary discussion of redistricting elementary school boundaries. The 1993-94 budget will be discussed.
