ULLIN YOUTH NAMED DISTRICT BETA HEAD
ULLIN, Ill. -- Buffy Lee Sims of Ullin has been chosen District President for the Southern Illinois Section of Beta Club. Sims, 16, is a junior at Century high School at Ullin. She was elected to the post at a meeting held at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. To be a member of Beta Club, a student must maintain a high scholastic average.
Sims is the daughter of Gerald and Sandy Sims of Ullin.
