The tax credit program, better known as "Circuit Breaker," offer eligible individuals a rebate for property tax or rent paid. Eligible persons are age 65 or older, low income and have been a resident of Missouri for the complete year.

Although the tax credit forms are fairly simple, many older persons have difficulty filling them out properly. Volunteers assist with the filing procedure.

Any individual who would like to be a volunteer for the Circuit Breaker program may attend the training workshop.
