Personal safety for women is the topic of the January Woman to Woman luncheon to be held Thursday in conference rooms A and B at St. Francis Health and Education Centers.

Kevin Orr of the Cape Girardeau Police Department will be the featured speaker. He will talk about how to keep yourself safe at home, while shopping and while traveling. He will also teach some easy, basic self defense maneuvers.

The Woman to Woman luncheons are sponsored by the St. Francis Education Department and the medical center's Womancare program.
