D-J's Beauty Mart has expanded.

"We've acquired more space and added new services," said Darlene Barham. "We've added tanning booths and beauty salon operation, including a barber."

The business, now located in Suite F at 1020 North Kingshighway has added two tanning booths, three nail technicians, three hair stylists, and a barber.

"We've also added some new lines Nexus, Mattrix and Roffler to our beauty supply line," said Barham.

The business originally opened, in October of 1990 as a beauty supply company offering beauty products such as Clairol, Wella, Helene Curtis and others in an 1,100 square foot suite at the same address.

"We now have more than 2,000 square feet," said Barham.
