The 1992 edition of "Who's Who Among
Students in American Universities and Colleges" will include the names of 21 students from
Southeast Missouri State University who have been selected as national outstanding leaders.
Campus nominating committees and editors of the annual directory have included
the names of the students based on their academic achievement, service to the community,
leadership in extracurricular activities and potential for continued success.
They join a g roup of students selected from more than 1,400 institutions of
higher learning in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and several foreign nations.
Outstanding students have been honored in the annual directory since it was first
published in 1934.
Students named this year from Southeast are: Susan Chee Wan Ho, Kimberly Kay
Holshouser, Sze Yeen Lim and Sandi L. Smart, all of Cape Girardeau; Ann Marie Batha,
Janel E. Haas, Kelly Michelle Hickey, Melissa L. Livesay and Jennifer B. Schertel, all of St.
Louis; Aimee M. Bernier of New Lenox, Ill.; Anndee Michele Dillender of Bertrand;
Sarah E. Edens of Wright City; Sandra H. File of Greenville, Ill.; Michelle D. Friedrich
of Oak Ridge; David J. Glick of High Ridge; Carey L. Graham of Fulton, Ky.;
Toni L. Grimes of Hazelwood; Amy K. Hammen of Monett; Stacey L. Helbig of
Fenton; Adeline Wai Man Leung; and Noel K. Muench of Aurora, Ill.
