The Regents' Scholarship is awarded to high school seniors who graduate in the top 10 percent of their class and who score above the 90th percentile on the ACT or SAT test. The award covers full-time fees per semester and is renewable for four years.

Warren is the daughter of J.R. and Fran Warren of Scott City. She will graduate from Scott City High School this spring. She plans to major in education at Southeast.
