JACKSON -- Reagan McClellan of rural Jackson has been awarded a James S. Kemper foundation Scholarship for the 1992 spring Semester at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.

McClellan is a freshman in the College of Business and Public Administration. She is the daughter of Ted and Jean McClellan. The scholarships are awarded based upon financial need and high academic standing in the area of insurance studies.

In addition to the scholarship, McClellan will receive paid, on-the-job training at one of the branch offices of Kemper Insurance for all three undergraduate summers.
