TOASTMASTERS GATHER ON FEB. 6, 20 IN CAPE
The Cape Girardeau Evening Toastmasters Club will meet Feb. 6 and Feb. 20 at First Presbyterian Church, 235 Broadway. Both meetings begin at 7 p.m. The club will be starting speech-craft training.
