ST. MARY'S SCHOOL SETS FUND-RAISER

St. Mary Cathedral School's annual fund-raising event, an auction, will be held Feb. 29.

This is the second year for the event. Last year the auction generated enough money to air condition the school.

Sister Jeanne Gossling said the school sponsors this one large event to raise month rather than students selling magazine subscriptions or candy throughout the year.

Local businesses have been asked to donate new items and services.

Susan Frey and Steve and Kim Essner are co-chairmen of the dinner and auction. Owen and Cathy Vanderpool are correspondence chairmen, and Mary Robertson is donation chairman.
