Larry E. Tanner of Cape Girardeau has joined TIP of Illinois Health Services Inc., as a registered physical therapist.

Tanner will work out of two TIP offices at Anna and Cairo to provide services to patients in the Illinois counties of Johnson, Union, Alexander and Pulaski.

Tanner is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, with a bachelor of science degree in physical therapy. He previously was a partner in the Human Performance Center Inc. in Cape Girardeau.

Tanner, his wife, Karen, and children, Matthew and Alecia, live in Cape Girardeau.

TIP is a Medicare-certified home-health agency that serves the lower 18 counties of Southern Illinois.

John R. Reimann, formerly of Cape Girardeau, has joined Roederer U.S. Inc. as executive vice president and general manager.

Reimann has experience in both the financial and business aspects of winery and vineyard operations. He will be responsible for overseeing the company's business strategy and activities for its French Champagne Louis Roederer Producers and its California Roederer Estate Brut.

Reimann was formerly a partner with KPMG Peat Marwick in San Francisco. While there, he developed a specialty in wineries and vineyards and worked with Roederer U.S. Inc. in a consulting capacity.

Reimann has authored articles on tax accounting for wineries in Wines & Vines and Practical Winery. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Reimann is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a bachelor of science degree in accounting. He holds a master's degree from University of Missouri.

He is the son of Rudy and Lela Reimann of Cape Girardeau.

David Keele of Cape Girardeau has joined SEMO Motors at Sikeston.

Keele, who has more than 14 years experience in auto sales, previously worked with the former Keele Pontiac, Buick and Ford dealership in Perryville.

Bradley L. Wendel has joined Capital Bank of Cape Girardeau County as assistant vice president and loan officer.

Wendel is a graduate of Jackson High School; Southeast Missouri State University, with a degree in business administration; and the Missouri Bankers Association School of Lending.

Prior to joining Capital Bank, Wendel was associated with Jackson Exchange Bank and Trust Co. as assistant vice president and consumer lending officer.

Wendel's office will be at 2210 Highway 61 East in Jackson.
