CHAFFEE BLOOD DRIVE SET TUESDAY AT VFW HALL
CHAFFEE -- The American Red Cross and Chaffee Jaycees will co-host a blood drive Tuesday at the VFW Hall, 109 E. Yoakum. Collections will be taken from 2 to 6 p.m. "Typically, blood donations go down during the summer because schools are not in session and many people are away on vacation. To be eligible to give blood, persons must weigh at least 110 pounds and be at least 17 years old.
