A support group for sufferers of sleep disorders will meet for the first time tonight at St. Francis Medical Center. AWAKE stands for alert, well and keeping energetic. Leading the discussion tonight will be Dr. Khalid I. Khan, a Cape Girardeau pulmonologist who will speak on obstructive sleep apnea, its causes and treatments.

The support group is open to anyone with a sleep disorder or interested in sleep disorders.
