Holly and Casey Bauer of Cape Girardeau have been accepted as state finalists and will be competing in the American Coed Pageants to be held July 4-5 in Kansas City. Holly and Casey Bauer of Cape Girardeau have been accepted as state finalists and will be competing in the American Coed Pageants to be held July 4-5 in Kansas City.

The American Coed Pageants are open to girls between the ages of 4 and 19 who are good students. Emphasis is placed on physical fitness, mental alertness, self-confidence, achievement in school and service to the community and church.

Contestants are judged on poise, personality, stage appearance, personal interview and achievement.

Holly is involved in ice skating, dance, swimming and Brownies. Casey is involved in ice skating, swimming and Brownies.
