TASHIA BECK RECEIVES NATIONAL ART RECOGNITION

Tashia L. Beck of Chaffee, daughter of George and Gail Beck, has been named a United States National Award winner in art.

She was nominated for the award by Marnet Eftink, an art teacher at Chaffee High School.

The award is a prestigious honor because the United States Achievement Academy recognizes less than 10 percent of all American high school students.

Beck will appear in the United States Achievement Academy Official Yearbook, which is published nationally.
