WEDDINGS: NICHOLSON-COALE

Brianna Nicholson and Petty Officer 3rd Class Chelsea Coale were united in marriage June 2, 2001, at The Battery in Charleston, S.C. The Rev. Guy Smythe performed the double ring ceremony.

Parents of the couple are Jerry and Cathy Nicholson and Vernon and Linda Coale, all of Cape Girardeau.

Maid of honor was Laura Nicholson of Boston, Mass., sister of the bride.

Josh Coale of Camp Lejeune, N.C., served his cousin as best man.

Mrs. Coale is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University.

The groom is a graduate of Mississippi College. He is serving in the U.S. Navy.

The couple resides in Goose Creek, S.C.
