DONGOLA, Ill. -- Bobbie G. Linder, 61, of Dongola died Saturday, Nov. 23 at Carbondale Memorial Hospital. He was born Nov. 10, 1930, at Sims, Ill., to Lewis and Helen Lamb Linder. DONGOLA, Ill. -- Bobbie G. Linder, 61, of Dongola died Saturday, Nov. 23 at Carbondale Memorial Hospital.

He was born Nov. 10, 1930, at Sims, Ill., to Lewis and Helen Lamb Linder.

On Feb. 14. 1976, he married June Perry. She survives, along with two sons, Randall Linder of Germany and Scott Linder of Sandwich, Ill.; three daughters, Katherine Linder of Dwight, Ill., Pamela Bryo of Sandwich, Ill., and Dee Lane of Yorkville, Ill.

Also surviving is his father, Lewis Linder of Westin, Ill., one brother, Norman Linder of Serena, Ill., one sister, Betty Johnson of Pontiac, Ill., and 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

Linder was a member of the Dongola Church of Christ. He was a retired manager of the Caterpillar, Inc. plant in Joliet.

Linder was an active member of a number of Masonic organizations, including, the Dongola Masonic Lodge, the Medinah Temple in Chicago, The Scottish Rite Bodies of Illinois, the Oasis Shrine Club of Anna, The Royal Arch Masons of Illinois, and the Order of Amaranth of Herrin.

Friends may call at the Crain Funeral Home in Dongola from 5-9 p.m. today. Masonic services will be conducted by the Dongola Masonic Lodge this evening at 7:30 p.m., at the funeral home.

Funeral services will held Tuesday, at 11 a.m. at the Crain Funeral Home in Dongola with A. Albert Reeves officiating. Burial will be in the Christian Chapel Cemetery.
