PAUL PRIEST

JACKSON -- Paul Priest, 62, of Jackson, died Saturday, Dec. 7, 1991, at his home. He was born April 7, 1929, in the Oak Grove, son of Marvin Priest and Ruby Rice Priest. He married Marilyn "Snook" Grossheider on June 28, 1948. She survives. Other survivors are four daughters, Pamela Wahley, Jackson, Paula Kurre, Mount Vernon, Ill., Penny Leirer, Jackson and Para Priest, St. Louis; and seven grandchildren...

JACKSON -- Paul Priest, 62, of Jackson, died Saturday, Dec. 7, 1991, at his home.

He was born April 7, 1929, in the Oak Grove, son of Marvin Priest and Ruby Rice Priest.

He married Marilyn "Snook" Grossheider on June 28, 1948. She survives.

Other survivors are four daughters, Pamela Wahley, Jackson, Paula Kurre, Mount Vernon, Ill., Penny Leirer, Jackson and Para Priest, St. Louis; and seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Pat Agnew, in 1981.

He was a terminal manager for Schwerman Trucking in Cape Girardeau.

He was a member of the Perryville Trail Riders, the Spotted Horse Association and Patton Saddle Club.

Funeral service will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at McCombs Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Lawrence Eatherton will officiate. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the chapel. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery.
