GEORGIA E. WESTMORELAND

CHAFFEE -- Funeral service for Mrs. Georgia E. (Jodie) Westmoreland of Chaffee will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston. The Rev. Kelly Tolbert will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.

Mrs. Westmoreland, 65 years old, died Thursday, Feb. 21, 1991, at Doctors' Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff.

She was born Aug. 27, 1925, in McGowin, Ky., daughter of Andrew Jackson and Frances Janie White Simpson. She married Willard Westmoreland July 10, 1950.

Mrs. Westmoreland was a former member of Country CBers at Chaffee, and held church services for shut-ins over a CB channel.

Survivors include her husband; two stepsons, Bill Westmoreland of Sikeston, Gary Westmoreland of Dallas, Tex.; two brothers, Morris Simpson of Old Appleton, Bill Simpson of Ironton, and a sister, Marie Abbott of Chaffee.
