CHAFFEE -- Woodrow Freeman, 76, of Chaffee died Thursday, Feb. 21, 1991 at Chaffee General Hospital.

He was born Dec. 13, 1914 in Chaffee, son of William and Mary Black Freeman.

Freeman worked as a foreman for the Ford Motor Company in Ramsey, N.J. He retired in 1970.

He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Advance, a member of Chaffee Elks Lodge 1810, and a member of the Sikeston Eagles Club.

On Jan. 21, 1933, he married the former Elsie Arnold. She survives.

In addition, he is survived by two sons, Ronald Freeman, Ventner, N.J., and Michael Freeman, Hillburn, N.Y.; two sisters, Opal Holder and Ruth Freeman, both of Chaffee; and six grandchildren.

There will be no funeral service or visitation.

Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Chaffee is in charge of arrangements.
