CAIRO, Ill. -- Funeral mass for John M. Hill of Cairo will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. The Rev. Jerome Fortenberry will officiate, with burial in Calvary Cemetery at Villa Ridge.

Friends may call at Barkett Funeral Home after 5 p.m. today. The rosary will be at 6:30.

Hill, 27 years old, died Saturday, March 2, 1991, at his home.

He was born Nov. 6, 1963, in St. Louis, Mo., son of John J. (Jack) and Rose Marie Nelms Hill.

Hill was a nurse's assistant, and member of St. Patrick's Church.

Survivors include his parents, and a sister, Jackie Peterson, all of Cairo.
