LYDIA HAIRE

ANNA, Ill. -- Funeral service for Mrs. Lydia Haire of Anna will be held at 3 p.m. today at Crain Funeral Chapel here. Steve Shepherd will officiate, with burial in Anna Cemetery.

Mrs. Haire, 95 years old, died Saturday, March 2, 1991, at Union County Hospital here.

She was born Dec. 2, 1895, in Union County, daughter of David C. and Barzetta Jane Van Zandt Trees. She married John Henry Haire in 1915, who died in August 1958.

Mrs. Haire was a retired psychiatric aide at Choate Mental Health Center, and member of First Christian Church in Anna.

Survivors include five daughters, Elizabeth Manus, Maye Stout and Faye Eaves of Buncombe, Vera Colboth of Anna, Erma Blankenship of Huntington, W.Va.; five sons, Jesse Haire of Jonesboro, Arthur Haire of Muncie, Ind., John Haire of Porter, Ind., Lowell Haire of Elgin, Charlie Haire of Anna; 27 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
