HENRY C. FRANCIS

GLEN ALLEN -- Funeral service for Henry C. Francis of Glen Allen will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Liley Funeral Chapel in Lutesville. Patrick Hogan will officiate, with burial in Grassy Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.

Francis, 84 years old, died Sunday, March 3, 1991, at his home.

He was born June 13, 1906, at Grassy, son of William L. and Emma Patterson Francis. He and the former Beulah Smith were married Dec. 28, 1929.

Francis was a retired farmer, and was a minister with the Church of Christ more than 30 years. He was a member of Scopus Church of Christ, and charter member of Bollinger County Livestock Producers Association.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Gale Francis of Glen Allen, Kelly Francis of Grassy, Kenny Francis of Advance; two daughters, Betty Boyer of Glen Allen, Becky VanMatre of Rolla; three brothers, Glen Francis of Grassy, Gene and Ralph Francis of Marble Hill; two sisters, Ruby Reitman of Jackson, Ruth Miller of Cape Girardeau; 12 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
