Buchheit, 80 years old, died Friday, March 15, 1991, at Perry County Hospital.

He was born July 20, 1910, in Perry County, son of Joseph and Theresia Sauer Buchheit. He and the former Leoda Hoffman were married Oct. 27, 1945.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Earl and Gary Buchheit of Perryville; two brothers, Rudy Buchheit of Biehle, Otto Buchheit of St. Ann; three sisters, Louise Buchheit, Helen Welker and Lorine Kutz of Perryville, and two grandchildren.
