ALICE I. ADEN

DONGOLA, Ill. -- Funeral service for Mrs. Alice Irene Aden of Dongola will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Crain Funeral Chapel here. The Rev. Lowell West and Dare Aden will officiate, with burial in Meisenheimer/Mt. Olive Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.

Mrs. Aden, 81 years old, died Monday, April 1, 1991, at the home of a daughter.

She was born Nov. 30, 1909, in Louisville, Ga., daughter of William and Leona Brady Cooper. She married George Henry Aden June 1, 1926. He died April 4, 1975.

Mrs. Aden was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church and Moose Auxiliary.

Survivors include a daughter, Leona Brown of Dongola; three sons, Charles Aden of Marion, Allen Aden of Melbourne Village, Fla., Dare Aden of Dongola; a sister, Lucille Gladin of Tennille, Ga.; two brothers, Jesse Cooper of Sandersville, Ga., Robert Cooper of Valier; 21 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.

A son, Jack Aden, died in April 1989.
