SCOTT CITY -- Funeral service for Billy Gene Biggs of Warrenton was held March 14 at Nieburg-Martin Funeral Chapel in Warrenton.

Biggs, 52 years old, died Monday, March 11, 1991, at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis.

He was born Sept. 24, 1938, at Illmo, son of Marion and Mary Biggs. He married the former Patricia Kay Percell.

Biggs was an engineer on a river boat the past five years.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Tommy Biggs of Warrenton; a daughter, Mona Ladotto of Warrenton; his mother of Scott City; three brothers, James Biggs of Jefferson City, Everett Biggs of Scott City, Robert Biggs of Kankakee, Ill.; four sisters, Laura Sturm, Edna Ramsey and Josephine Gray of Scott City, Shirley Kinder of Arnold, and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, Micheal; four brothers and a sister.
