PERRYVILLE -- Funeral mass for Herman Joseph Leible of Perryville will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Church in Apple Creek. The Rev. John Bolderson will officiate, with burial in the church cemetery.

Friends may call at Drayton Funeral Home after 4 p.m. today. A wake service will be held at 7.

Leible, 82 years old, died Tuesday, April 2, 1991, at Perry County Hospital.

He was born Jan. 1, 1909, in Perry County, son of Louis and Theresa Unterreiner Leible. He and the former Mary A. Schwein were married May 14, 1935.

Leible was a retired farmer, and member of St. Joseph Church.

Survivors include his wife; five daughters, Wilma Bohnert and Mary Ruessler of Perryville, Geraldine Bohnert of Cape Girardeau, Barbara Passenkeim of Arnold, Dorothy Sticht of Advance; two sons, Oscar Leible of Columbia, Robert Leible of Longtown; four sisters, Hilda Buchheit, Flora Berkbigler, Rose Renner and Leola Funke of Perryville; 23 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a sister and two grandchildren.
