CLAUDE KELSO JR.

SIKESTON -- Claude Kelso Jr, 57, of Northlake, Ill., formerly of Sikeston, died Sunday, May 5, 1991, at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital at Elmhurst, Ill.

He was born May 28, 1933, at Aberdeen, Miss., son of Claude Kelso and Mattie Bell Dodd Kelso.

He was employed by Ram Golf Corp. of Chicago.

He married Earlene Allen on Sept. 26, 1954, at Morehouse. She survives.

Other survivors include a son, Aude Lee Kelso of Des Plaines, Ill.; a daughter, Darlene Jackson, of Streamwood, Ill.; four sisters, Sarah Lou McNeal, of Poplar Bluff; Hazel Christine Williford, Northlake; Jewellene Ruff of Addison, Ill. and Nelda Ruth Kelso of Nevada, Mo.; and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, with Rev. Larry Rouse officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery at Sikeston.
