CAPE GIRARDEAU -- Troy A. Chostner, 76, of Long Beach, Calif., died Saturday, Oct. 12, 1991, at Akins Convalescent Hospital in Long Beach.
He was born Oct. 13, 1914, in Cape Girardeau County, son of Jefferson and Sarah Slinkard Chostner. She had worked at DuPont Corp. 30 years.

Survivors include a sister, Dorothy Hannum of Lake Isabella, Calif.; nieces and nephews.
Neels Brea Mortuary in Brea, Calif., was in charge of arrangements.
