HOME EDUCATORS TO MEET IN CAPE

The Mississippi Valley Home Educators will meet Sept. 12 at Cape Bible Chapel on Kage Road from 3-5 p.m.

The children's presentation will be about literature and books and the project is creative writing.

The first field trip for September will be to the American Heritage Museum Tuesday. Those attending should meet at the Rhodes Truck Stop at the airport exit at 9:45 a.m.

Another field trip is planned Sept. 20 to Bollinger Mill and Covered Bridge. A tour and picnic is planned there at 10 a.m. The trip also includes a visit to the Oliver House in Jackson at 12:30 p.m. and a ride on the St. Louis, Iron Mountain Railway at 2 p.m.
