OAK RIDGE -- The American Red Cross and Oak Ridge Community High School Student Council will sponsor a blood drive Oct. 10 from 2-7 p.m. at Oak Ridge High School. To be eligible to give blood, you must weigh at least 110 pounds and be at least 17 years old.
