WELTER IS STUDENT OF MONTH

CHAFFEE -- Linette Welter has been chosen Student of the Month by the Exchange Club.

A senior at Notre Dame, she is the daughter of Franklin and Linda Welter of Rt. 1 Chaffee.

At Notre Dame, she is president of the school's SADD chapter and the French Club. Welter is also an "A" honor roll student and editor of the yearbook.

As a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Chaffee, she serves as parish organist and is a member of the parish youth group.

Welter is also a senior Girl Scout in the in the Otahki Girl Scout Council and a part-time employee at Chateau Girardeau.
