DIRECTORS ELECTION

CAPE GIRARDEAU -- Five new directors will be selected for the Greater Cape Girardeau Development Corporation, Inc. during its shareholders meeting Feb. 11, to be held at the Drury Lodge at 7:30 p.m.

Retiring directors are Ray Buhs, Charles Hutson, Carl Meyer, Max Stovall and Fred R. ("Rock') Wilferth.

Present directors who will remain on the board are James Bauerle, S. Cord Dombrowski, J. Ronald Fischer, Leo Kohlfeld, Harry Rediger, Mike Richey, Gary Rust, Clarence Lee Shirrell, Al Spradling Jr., and John Boardman.
