GUEST SPEAKERS

PERRYVILLE -- Rick Sparks, business and industry specialists for the University of Missouri Extension, and Buz Southerland, of the Small Business Development Center of Southeast Missouri State University, will be speakers at a three-hour workshop here Jan. 29.

"How to Start and Manage a Small Business" will be the topic for the seminar, which will be held from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the University Extension Center, Highway 61 South, in Perryville.

Cost for the program is $20 per person.
