LAS VEGAS -- Several changes in marketing and imagery by Century 21 Real Estate were announced at its annual convention last week.

Starting in June, the company will provide a signed certificate that details its home marketing and sales support efforts for customers. Two new customer survey programs will provide feedback on customer service to local and regional offices.

Century 21's jackets, formerly gold and brown, are being altered to a lighter shade of gold and black is replacing the brown.

Two years of research are behind the changes.

Century 21, headquartered in Irvine, Calif., is a subsidiary of Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. There are several affiliated offices in the local area.
