`WASTE WISE' PROGRAM SET FOR SATURDAY

CAPE GIRARDEAU -- "Waste Wise," a recycling program, will be held at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Fellowship Hall, 1904 W. Cape Rock Dr., Saturday.

The program, sponsored by the Aid Association for Lutherans (CAL), will start at 7 p.m., and will feature a video and other activities, focusing on environmental concerns, challenges and solutions.

Each family will receive a copy of the book, "50 Simple Things You Can Do to Save the Earth."
