TEXAS PROMOTION

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas Deborah Tedder Blanchard has been promoted to property consultant with Hall Finance Company at Corpus Christi, Texas.

Blanchard, formerly of Scott City, transferred to Corpus Christi last year from New Orleans, where she worked with Hall Company as leasing agent for six months before being promoted to property manager, where she managed as many as 1,400 units at one time.

Blanchard, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Maevers of Whitewater, and her two sons, Regan and Travis, lived in New Orleans 10 years before moving to Corpus Christi.
