I HAVE A question I would like an answer to. What are the laws stipulating DWI's? If a person has had three DWI's within a 2 1/2 year period, do the other two come upon that? Does the person after a second DWI get put on probation? What are the laws dealing with people that have DWI's. I know someone who has had three DWI's and they're still walking the street.
