'SOUTHEAST DAY' BASEBALL TICKETS STILL AVAILABLE
Tickets are still on sale for "Southeast Day" at Busch Stadium featuring the Cardinals-White Sox game at 12:15 p.m. June 16. That's Father's Day weekend, so here's an opportunity to do something special for fathers. And it's a good opportunity for baseball fans in our area to show up in force, as they did at last year's "Southeast Day," and have an afternoon of fun while rooting for the Cards. OK, maybe there are a couple of White Sox fans in Southeast Missouri...

The baseball outing is sponsored by Southeast Missouri State University and the Southeast Missourian. The deadline for purchasing tickets has been extended, and there are special rates for groups. You can call 651-5159 to get tickets.
