Strike up the band. Pull out your red jackets or sweaters and black pants and get ready to cheer. It is Homecoming weekend at Southeast Missouri State University.

One of the most popular offerings of Homecoming -- the parade -- will begin at 9 o'clock this morning at Capaha Park and wind down Broadway to Main Street. It is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy some of the finest high school marching bands of the region as well as Southeast's own Marching Golden Eagles Band. A long list of Homecoming activities are scheduled today, including football action this afternoon.
