Jack Gargan, the Reform Party's chairman, is still the chairman. There is a federal lawsuit against Verney (old chairman) for refusing to turn over the party's bank accounts, financial records, meeting minutes and membership lists. With the lawsuit, it will also come to light Buchanan's role in his failed attempt to take over the Reform Party by replacing delegates (at the last minute ) for a vote to oust Gargan. To sum it all up, Gargan will retain his position as chairman, and I'm going to vote for Alan Keyes.
