To the editor:

I just wanted to write a note to let you know how much the Missourian has put a sparkle in the lives of our employees. In the People and Things column in your paper, you published the names of the first group of employees who graduated from the first phase of employee training last week. When I made copies of the article and gave it to them, they were thrilled. Several of them were so excited, because they have never had their names in the paper before. Hopefully, as the weeks go by and more and more employees go through the training, this little bit of recognition will be just as rewarding for them.

The article that Tamara Buck wrote about the job-readiness program was excellent and very appreciated also. We have had several parents call about the article. They were very excited about the training after reading the article, because it explained it so well. Please pass on our thanks to Tamara.

Thank you so much for your help and for making the lives of our employees a little bit more exciting.
