To the editor: We are so blessed to live and work in the caring communities served by the Area Wide United Way. We are so blessed to live and work in the caring communities served by the Area Wide United Way. That blessing is evident through all the hard work and support of everyone involved with the United Way campaign and their success in exceeding the goal of $525,000. As campaign chairman, it is very rewarding to know that people are there to help make a difference. That is what makes it so nice to call this area home. On behalf of the Area Wide United Way, my heartfelt thanks to you and everyone who played a role in the campaign.
