To the editor: While the decision in favor of Planned Parenthood was made by a federal judge in Kansas City, it was nonetheless a poor one. To the degree Attorney General Jay Nixon was involved in this conspiracy to overturn state law, I am asking Nixon to use his office to fight it. To the degree Attorney General Jay Nixon was involved in this conspiracy to overturn state law, I am asking Nixon to use his office to fight it. The attorney general's client is the state, not Planned Parenthood, no matter how much money they give to him and others politically.

Nixon has a great political future, but this move is wrong, and Nixon must take steps to correct it. Nixon can be a hero as opposed to just another politician. I encourage him to act and do what is right.
