To the editor:

The laws our forefathers fought to develop and struggled to uphold are being destroyed by today's Congress. How? First by making a mockery of the fair tax laws they set up calling for taxes to be paid in accordance with the gain acquired because of the freedom of the free enterprise system.

Now Congress is trying to destroy the laws that were passed for the purpose of giving assistance to those whom progress has caused to lose their jobs, while at the same time allowing industry to live on welfare rather than use their profits.

Members of Congress aren't doing the job they were elected to do: spending cuts, foreign aid, illegal immigration, illegal Supplemental Security Income payments and making multimillionaires pay in accordance with how they benefit from our free enterprise system.
